Buying a new PC...help needed

I'm looking to buy a new desktop as I think my old one may be on the way. I have an Acer Aspire M1201 that I got cheap a few years ago and while its still working grand its starting to get a bit noisy the more I work with it. Not looking for something amazingly la-di-da or anything, but dunno where to get started really and best places to look. Want to play a few games on it, but nothing too graphic intensive (FM2014 is a must). Doesn't even have to have an operating system a I have a copy of Windows 7 (have monitor/mouse/keyboard too). Budget of around €500
