Hey guys,
Just looking for some advice on this recipe. Its my a first time building a stout through beersmith and not sure if it will. Fingers crossed though. It will only be my 3rd all-grain so an advice welcome. I would like to add some coffee to it too but might leave that for another time.

you could always split the batch, syphone a gallon off into a 1 gallon jug and add your coffee it works great for experimentation
