Beer smells like a wet dog, Brettanomyces infection?

I use muslin, never had a problem. I do rinse thoroughly and hang on the washing line for a few days after use. Hickeys sell muslin cloth cheap enough you can bin it without a second thought after a few brews. Each to their own though.

I found the main issue with muslin was that it rots after a few uses.
