I have a small under counter fridge which currently holds one cornie and my Co2 tank, however i plan on moving the Co2 outside and fitting another cornie in the fridge. Is there likely to be any issues with drilling through one of the side panels in such a fridge ? Will try to attach a pic of current setup ;D

it looks like that fridge has the chiller plate up the back so it SHOULD be fine to drill through the side.

Do it slowly though. Drill through the cover, peek in, poke around the insulation, drill a bit more, peek in, poke around a bit more, etc
last thing you want to do is hit a pipe or wire that you were not expecting

I have a fridge like yours , I drilled through the top for cobra taps and also in top corner at the back , ye should have no problem just pierce the plastic and have a root around the insulation foam, ye should be fine drilling any where when the cooling lines are attached to the back rather in the back, someone else might come on and correct me though, my fridge was a hotpoint
