Latest Brewery Opening 9 white deer

Last thursday evening I attended the opening of 9 white deer in Ballyvourney, Co. Cork.

Being in the gaeltacht they were able to avail of  grants from Leader in cork. This helped them open a fine  brewery complete with a small bottling line. They hope eventually to have 4-5 different beers and then carry seasonals over the year.
On tap at the opening they had Stag Bán which is a very nice hop forward pale ale, hops  from Uk, Usa and New Zealand . Nice clear taste and very sessionable. Along with plenty of beer , a fine bbq. The beers will be on draught local with bottles available around the country.
