I have a grain mill - corona cast iron used only once for 35 euro if anybody wants it, I'm in cork

How much for it posted?  Is it the same type as those on the HB shops?

Yes.
As in, yes there are reasons why you couldn't use a meat mincer.
If cash is tight the corona is your best bet.
If you are planning longer term, the bulldog or brouwland from HBW look to be good jobs, not having used either myself.
