A m8 of mine in Canada just won this as a prize in some draw and he wants to know how to use it in a extract brew,i thought maybe some of ye all grainers might know better though ?

Ive used two cans of this stuff to date. You have to do the maths to get your desired IBU. The formula is usually on the spec sheet or on the website.
