Brewing Courses, Thomastown Kilkenny

Hi All

A new food tech campus in currently being setup in Thomastown, Kilkenny.
They have just released their course list and there is a brewing course in 3 parts for 90 bucks.
Details are sparse, but they will be putting up the course content in the near future.  I emailed then for more info
so I will post details up here when available

What ingredients are used and how are they prepared?
What equipment is used?

Day 2 – Brewing
Assemble a brewing kit
Start the 1st brew

Day 3 – The Brewing Process
A look at each stage of brewing process
Mash
Boil
Cool
Ferment
Condition
How to handle, store and serve beer.

I was on this course and I have to say it was definitely worth it. I'd highly recommend going to the next one if and when it takes place. Perfect for all levels of home brewers.
