Hi DCB,
I will bring the wheat to the 44 tomorrow. Money is €2-50 to nigel.

The Yeast for the initial (i.e. No Nasties) will be available tomorrow in 50 ml vials thanks to James. Probably need to do a starter. No money needed but maybe chip in 50 cents for the vial!

The Nasties are in the capable hands of Nigel but they only go into the cask!

Having pre drink drinks in the old school house. Stout is a cracker and the DIPA is on draft.

I reckon there were 16 of us!

Agenda was discussed:

1. I think all NCB entries have either been given to Pob or me with just one exception!

2. The cask sour brewing is ready to go. Only Pat is without the wheat and the yeast. I will get in touch. Time line is looking like filling will be towards the end of June or early July. I know its difficult with hols and the like but once its in secondary or tertiary then it can be dropped off to a mate to take up for the empty/fill. ColMac has again agreed to host the next caskfull! Thanks ColMac!

3. James reminded us all of his poker night on Friday June 12th. All welcome - if you bring a corny then you will be VERY welcome. Please PM James as to what you will be bringing for his tasting notes.
