Suggestions For Hops Surplus??

I have a lot of hops left over that I bought from the GB last year. They have been vac-packed and stored at either 4 degrees or -20 but I am thinking I want too start shifting them soon as they are 2013 and their quality won't last forever. The hops I have quite a bit of are:

Cascade
Centennial
Ahtanum
Amarillo
Challenger
Willamette
EKG

I have around 3-500gm of each.

I was thinking of brewing up some hoppy IPAs and some very aromatic APAs. What are peoples opinions on the amount of hops that can be added to achieve aroma? Can you add too much? The most I have dry-hopped with was about 4oz, could you go to 8oz or would you begin to detect grassy notes? Also is there a limit to adding hops at the end of the boil, say last 5 mins? I know there are some IBUs added with these additions but it's hard to get an accurate calculation on these numbers.

Any other suggestions/recipes of what I can use these hops for?
