Don't want a cleaner. My taps are in the shed so need a cover of some sort

They are plugs for the taps, not a cleaning brush. They seal the tap when pushed in & prevent fly/bugs from getting in.

Just wrap the taps in cling film for storage?
Fermenting: IPA, Lambic, Mead
Conditioning: Lambic, Cider, RIS, Ole Ale, Saison
On Tap: IPA, Helles, Best Bitter

How bad a problem are flies up your tap? I usually just run a drop off first thing. Any residual flies are dumped with that.
