Wont be brewing so just putting my name down on the samples list.

Format for the day:

We have a nice covered area for brewing:

Brew demos of all the styles ( AG: Gas/Electric/Brewmeister. Extract and importantly Kit with LME/DME + all the tweaks

Club is now selling O'Haras craft beers

We can do a private BBQ (ingredients from club funds ??)

Hopefully we get some sponsors on board for a raffle/kits.

Club will push this out to their mailing list (500+ peeps) and also the local shops and offys.

THIS COULD BE HUGH!

What else would expect from the NCB?

Logistsics:

We need some leaflets/flyers for local PR in the couple of pubs/shops and offies in the Malahide/Swords area (About a week before the 3rd)

We need to hit some sponsors/breweries for support

Finally on the day we need people to bring the kit and caboodle.

So here is a signup list:

Artwork/flyers/poster:

Sponsorships:

AG Gas:  Jacob

AG: Grainfather: Will_D with the grainfather

AG: Braumeister: James

AG: Electric: Cahalbrua  fresh local hopped PA

Extract:

Kit & Kilo: JayMcC

BBQ: Renier + 1 or 2 more peeps?

What do fresh hops look like: Pat

What about the display we did inside with all the tech stuff - worth it or not? {Probably not worth it}

Also giving out samples? {defo. worth it}

Samples:

1. Will_D: Belgian Quad from our cask  :o
2. Nigel. Something. No looney juice. I  promise.

Are samples being poured from kegs? I've got 1/2 keg of american amber, 1/2 keg sweet stout and 3/4 keg craft range cider I could bring along if needed.
Fermenting: IPA, Lambic, Mead
Conditioning: Lambic, Cider, RIS, Ole Ale, Saison
On Tap: IPA, Helles, Best Bitter

Yes from Cornies

But if anyone has bottles they want to try no problem!

2nd line from the top  :o

Unfortunately I have to pull out of this one. Have my kids birthday party on Saturday. Wife will not be happy if I miss it :-\
Their birthdays are two weeks apart and we normally have a big one for them both in between.
I drive way to fast to worry about cholesterol

Will_D

I have sourced a kit plus DME for the kit demo. This is paid for by two lads who want to learn to brew.

Also I have Pilsner malt if any needa any.

As Renier has had to pull out any one up for the BBQ?
