How long has it been fermenting? Might be best to leave it a week on the yeast to let them clear up any off flavours if your temp hasn't been controlled.

Are you planning on drinking it straight away? I'm not sure if you know this but a couple of weeks in refrigeration to condition your beer will help clear it and also the taste will improve.

Enjoy, I'm sure it'll be tasty either way!  :D

Hi Johnny and thanks for the reply. I will be letting it sit for a bit before I drink it. I am probably going to put it into a few 2 ltr bottles just to get it out of the way as my wife will trip over everything in her way. Should I add some sugar to the bottles and if so how much ????

As I said, if you can, refrigerate the beer after it has been carbed. It will improve your beer greatly.

I mostly keg my beer and carb with CO2 but when I do need to bottle condition I use this little friend:

Very helpful and I always tend to aim for the higher end of the carbonation level for the style so I don't end up with an under carbed beer; I can deal with a highly carbed beer but flat beer is not good for the soul.

I took the Ale from my brew bucket into my storage bin. Its a great taste. I put some into a soda stream just to get the fizz and I am so impressed with it. Great stuff and I think on the strong side.

Thanks for the advice guys.
