Have just met up with Nigel. He will get the beef to me on Saturday so we can get it on early. The rest of ye can have a lie in.

When do you think we start the brewing James as that is what most people are interested in?

Have to say still undecided on the brew -

was talking to cathal about possibly doing a belgian.

I have to say - with the WLP300 ready to rock -

Maybe the easiest is to do Jacobs brew - the three grains.

Do you have spare rye Jacob ? I have wheat and Pilsen malt.

Cathal - have you made you mind up if you are brewing or not ?

Its does'nt really matter - completely up to you.

If your thinking about a Belgian how about a Belgian saison? Ill be racking to 2nd tonight or tomorrow so plenty of fresh yeast.

Right I have the beef put by. Looks delicious. Will be delivering to Will tomorrow so final numbers would be great do decide how much of this mouth watering beast we need.
