From dry pitch. Very very happy with results in last beer so building up for a comp beer.

Don't forget I am bring "Masher Murphs Magic Kettle Finnings"
Its used 1 gram to 20 litres. Rehydrate 1 gm in small amount of warm water for 15 mins, then add to the boil in last 15 mins or so (IIRC!)

My efficiency on brew day was higher then  expected so I pitched the lot. I'll crop some tomorrow before I head to Swords so it'll be nice and healthy for you both.
