Hi All,

Been lurking around for awhile.

I'm from Australia, Brisbane originally but living here since Dec 2004. Don't ask.....

Been brewing since 1998. I'm an all grain brewer. When I first came over I found the lack of homebrew supplies immensely frustrating, along with the fact that I thought I was coming to a country with a great beer history to only find out that all the pubs sold mass produced ..... Well you know what I mean.

Great to see how things have changed over the years. I'm really impressed with the community on this forum.

Anyway, cheers...
Rolf.

We are having a brewday (including some yeast slant making and some kettle building) this Sunday in the city centre if you are interested in coming along! There are also regular tasting evenings if you want to come along at any stage.

Anyway feel free to ask plenty of questions on here!

Welcome OZBREWER,I see your real name is Rolf, did you know that alot of people travelling on the ferry each year around winter time spend that time looking for you.Apparently they think ye went overboard as that's where they look. You hear them calling for some other guy called Huey,do you know him. :D
Happy brewing and welcome to this motley crew :).

Dempsey, I believe you are referring to 'Talking to God on the Great White Telephone' - love that one. Heard it years ago, and never forgot it.
So if you want my address it's number one at the end of the bar,
Where I sit with the broken angels, clutching at straws,
And nursing our scars.
