Christmas is coming....😜

Alright so we all know Christmas is coming...swmbo is asking me what I want. Naturally I started looking at my rig and began to realise I could make brewing life easier on myself. So I ask you knowledge folks  what is the best piece of equipment should I aquire😬

1. New false bottom (snake keg)
2. Upgrade pump from solar to better
3. Plate chiller (30 plate)
4. Change to elec from gas (elements etc)
5. Anything else you think I'm missing or should get

Current setup
2 tier, 3 vessel, gas fired rig.
32L stainless HLT, 1 ball valve, side dip tube.
Sanke MLT, 1 ball valve, false bottom (dodgy) dip tube.
Snake BK, 1 ball valve, side dip tube
Solar pump an immersion chiller..
Extras, basoka screen, copper hop strainer, half finished cfc (wrong outer hose, cannot be coiled properly)

Yeah my latest addition is a mash bag to hold the grains in the mash tun, so that cleaning is a lot easier. Fix the bits that annoy you in your process, one at a time.

Yeah I don't think asking for an extension on the house for brewing would go down too well

5. Have you fermentation control?

If not, that goes to the top of your list.

Happy yeast makes good beer, not shiny stuff.

Right so next question. Will your current system filter enough hops so the chiller doesn't get blocked.

I'm very happy with my one. I've noticed an improvement in the clarity of my beers since i started using it. Even big hop monsters.
