And......I'm back in the room.

Two brews in a month I bet you think you're pretty clever don't ya boy.

Firstly I put down a freebie from geterbrewed for buying a Grainfather. American Amber Gambler.....turned out half decent as it goes. I'll let the Brewcon Possé decide on it.

Today I put down Brew Dogs 5am Saint which might just be ready in time. Followed the destructions to the letter so finger crossed. Major dry hopping required.

I'm thinking of ditching Beersmith for it's too complex and the Grainfather App seems to be perfect for idiots.....like me.

Getting used to it now after a few brews. Starting to really appreciate the simplicity and cleanliness of it. Beersmith is a pain in the ass for it. They have an app that negates the need for it. I hope the 5am stands up to the high standards you set.
