It's laughable to refer to them as a craft brewery when they brew San Miguel + Bavaria and produce supermarket brands

They're almost like 2 breweries. On one hand they have Alex and his team producing the likes of Francis Big Bangin' and a host of other really interesting and quality specials that appear at festivals and then you have the rest of the McGargles and Tesco beers which are pretty average, bordering on bad. As a business model it clearly works though.

The Dunnes brand beers are very good (Crafter range or something?) in particular the kolsch

Well, it doesn't work for me either, but I see loads of people walking out of SuperValu with bottles of McGargles at the weekend, so it's working for them. I've seen more than a fair share of other craft beers with a layer of dust on them, even though they are great beers.
Anyway, don't want to derail this into another Rye River pro/con thread. Good to see so many Irish breweries getting awards.
Fermenting: IPA, Lambic, Mead
Conditioning: Lambic, Cider, RIS, Ole Ale, Saison
On Tap: IPA, Helles, Best Bitter
