What BJCP category do NEIPA fall under? Would they do well in the IPA section despite appearance? Surely they wouldn't score well against the American IPA taste descriptors? They'll probably have their own cat in the next iteration.

They go into 21B: Specialty IPA and we currently working on NEIPA judging guidelines. I've also pinged Gordon Strong just to see if there's an official BJCP guideline for the style coming out.
