Was having a gander at the Brewer's Friend website and stumbled into the "Experimental Beer" category. Most of the ones in there aren't "experiemental" at all but one did happen to catch my eye; Turkey Drizzle.

The gist of it is you brew a reasonably standard English bitter and then throw a turkey carcass and some cranberries into the boil.  ???

I really don't know what this person was thinking.  :P

I'm not even clicking that link

Let me give you the jist of the method then..  ;D ;D  Sounds lovely.

Notes
Peel and chop sweet potatoes. Boil 15 minutes until soft, mash.

Break down turkey carcass and roast bones. Add to boil at 15 minutes, strain out.

Wash cranberries, spray with star-san, freeze, thaw, add to secondary fermenter.

For the older version try the following:

Take ten gallons of ale, and a large cock, the older the better; parboil the cock, flay him, and stamp him in a stone mortar till his bones are broken (you must craw and gut him when you flay him); then put the cock into two quarts of sack, and put it to three pounds of raisins of the sun stoned, some blades of mace, and a few cloves; put all these into a canvas bag, and a little before you find the ale has done working, put the ale and bag together into a vessel; in a week or nine days time bottle it up; fill the bottle but just above the neck, and give the same time to ripen as other ale.

I saw this recipe too in an ebook I bought a while ago:
