Once again I'll say, if anyone in Dublin has entries I do be in Bray fairly regularly, so can take bottles (I can't store many entries in a fridge for anything more than a day or two though)

I'm brewing one tomorrow hopefully it will be ready. I've never planned so many hops in a recipe.

Same here, fresh is key.
Working out the sweet spot too helps a lot

My first attempt was polished off yesterday. It was a bit bitter. Second attempt is in the fermenter still. Should be ready just in time. I have a suspicion that is not bitter at all in fact the balance could be all off

Was supposed to be brewing today, but good Friday deliveries put a halt to that. It'll be fresh anyway!
