Smelly fermenter

Just wondering is there a way to remove smells from a fermenter?
I have a second fermenter I used for bottling a peach cider about two weeks ago,  the thing stinks of peach now.
I've tried it over a pot of boiling water hoping the steam would help but no change really.
I know fermenters are cheap and easy to replace but I like this one for bottling as a wand fits straight into the tap

A soak in Lidl W5 oxi cleaner or some bleach normally does the job for me. Failing that, brew something flavourful like a stout and it should hide any of the peach flavour.

Baking soda can absorb odours.

How long of a soak?
