Hi folks, I just paid up so I said Id introduce myself. Im Colm, Im living in Harolds Cross. Im relatively new to homebrewing with 4 brews under my belt. I went straight in with All Grain brewing. I got myself a standard 5 gallon mash tun, 50litre kettle and 21 litre HLT.

First batch was a bit of a disaster. I got it through to the end though and it was just about drinkable but I learned a hell of a lot from it. The next three went much better. I tried my hand at a Leann Follain clone too which is just a week in the fermenter. I pulled the recipe together from the best recipes section on here, so I have to say thanks for all the advice available on this and Im looking forward to seeing how it turns out. I've just ordered the recipe for Mick02's gold medal american pale ale too, so looking forward to getting that going in the next few weeks.

Mightnt make the next capital brewday but I will get into a meetup soon and hopefully have something to offer also.
