Hello from Slovenia!

I'm new to beer brewing!
Just 2 extracts and one experimenting biab with wild hops, pale ale grains and bread yeast. 
Experiment was partly successful (yeast, smeling like bread), but the beer is ok.
Taste like lemon ( wild hops are citra)...
Yes, ok, coming from Slovenia, 41 years of age, like beers, a lot 
And would like to build my own grainfather...
