They have changed the formula after the investment but the M Temp has has been consistent for the last 4 years. I preferred the fuller bodied older version from 2-3 years back.
Hmm. Went with 2014 version

Trub is dirty stuff. 1-1.5 litres trub then comes clean wort. Yeast is active so not adding bad yeast. No need to aerate with powder yeast as it has enough oxygen added during production of it. Save o2 for liquid or reused yeast

Temp probe strapped to Side.... Blow off ready for take off. Job is oxo.
Now I can save fortune on craft beers and with savings invest in my hobby.

Happy yeast bubbling away six hours or so later. Just to prove no aeration needed or breaking your back shaking a fermenter when using powder yeast

Hi BB,

always nice to see someone else's brewday.

What book do you have open at the Rogue Ales page? Don't recognise it? Cheers.

Cheers Tom it's all about the home Brew.

It's well made book and good instructions for all grain guys.

Now that's how to review a book. Thanks, that's going on the shopping list, just for the recipes.
