April Fool

My wife and my sister got me good yesterday with an April Fools's joke. 

My sister was staying with us and in the morning in the kitchen I walked in and conversation goes:
Sister : I tried some of the beer you have upstairs. It's pretty Good.
Me: hmm?
Sister: You know the bucket of beer you're brewing?
Me: Hmm?
Sister: Yeah, I openeed the lid and scooped some beer out with my finger. It was pretty good
Me: You're joking...
Wife: Sure it's grand she only had a small bit.
Me, staring at my sister: You're joking. Aren't you?
...I'm genuinely worried at this stage that 20L of stout has been contaminated by a dirty lámh, and by now my sister can't keep a straight face but my wife is dead serious. I'm confused and genuinely taken in...
Wife: "There's loads of beer in the bucket, it's fine. Leave her alone"
Me: "You're joking!"
...Eventually
Wife and Sister: "April Fool!"

That is funny.
Thatwould not work in my house as everyone knows how sacred my stuff is  ;-)
