Ok, it's not going to make a shite of a difference, but I've revised mine ever so slightly. I'll be doing 2 x 15 litre batches. With loss to trub, I'd say 27 litres is more realistic.

We now stand at:

1. Paddy Bubbles - 27 litres
2. Shiny - 40 litres
3. Shanna - 40 litres
4. Cider head - 20-25 litres   45L if required
5. Rossa - 20 litres

Andrew, come on!  ;)

Ok was talking to Jimmy tonight and I know he will come on board, we are 9 ish with Andrew and Jimmy and need 10-11

Ok folks now be quick as you are going to miss out.

If any of you amateurs are worried about expectations don't be, we did "Brew Buddies" in Wicklow so a novice was paired with an expert meaning that you shadow one brew and then brew yourself or borrow equipment.

Absolutely lift is on offer.  Group brew night is still a possibility for the bank holiday weekend also. Realistically brew will take approx 4 to 5 hours by the time strike water is kicked off and last vessel is cleaned. I gave a hlt I can use to boil water with a 5.5 kw element so this should help.

Hi there

Ok electrician brother has put the kibosh on multiple simultaneous boilers on the go. Shed wiring won't take b the extra voltage Unfortunately.  Offer of lift to Blackrock is still on Shiny just means only one brew will be done.

I was more referring to a lift with fermented wort on the day we are filling it, its probably easier for me to brew it here and then bring it over when its done? I might need to borrow a bucket from someone, I didn't anticipate having 3 brews on at the one time. The girlfriend doesn't know about any of this yet.... :o

No problem with the lift off a full fermenter. Dare I say you probably need to get two extra buckets if your planning to decant to a secondary.

I was at last meet Will. But you have your quota of people. I'm doing a batch for liffey too. I'll make up the numbers on this if needed. Any decision on yeast yet? Or did I miss that.
