Defiantly better to have too much in case Lady Luck decides to kick someone in the nuts and they lose a batch.  The extra can always be bottled passed around.

Shanna it's just getting the keg out to you. Coming back would not be a problem.  I'll probably know how I'm fixed tomorrow or next tog day anyway.

Hi there

Hope everybody is reading this. Suggested plan is to rack your beer to a secondary before delivery/collection to my place. Then leave all beers to sit for 4-7 days before meeting at my place to taste the beer and fill the barrel. How about delivery collection some time next week and meet the bank holiday weekend exact date and time to be vetoed by my wife :-)
