will be down @ 1 but need to leave @ 6ish. got a few btls of the Bulldog kit I won for people to try, all my first batch of cider is gone and 2nd batch is only 5 days bottled.

got some free time tomorrow and Monday evening so going to bottle a brew and put on 2 more brews, so im looking for a few little favours.

1 - anybody got crown caps for sale.

2 - looking for hops to add to a dark ale kit, was thinking Bramiling cross and Bullion.

seeking any base malt but optimum is lager / pilsner malt otherwise ill make do with maris munich or pale

well the wheatbeer needs no hop additions as style is lightly hopped, but  if going for some xtra aroma / flavour id stick some saaz dry hop or dana for floral / fruity.

now to tell the wife im going to bottle 20lts of beer and 15lts of cider and brew 2 beers

Great meet yesterday.

Shane,  I left a beer at yours.  Blueshed gave it to me to review.  It's a 1litre or so, I think it was a plastic bottle. It's eastern European beer. I left it on the windowsill in the corner. I'll have to get out off you sometime if it survives. I also forgot to give you money for the barrell.

So cos there was no June homebrew tasting as yet, it can happen on the date you proposed in the July thread with the July one happening a couple of weeks later
