40-50k for an experienced manufacturing general manager?
It seems craft beer isn't that profitable

Are FW really craft?  They're owned by Coors.

The US definition of Craft doesn't apply here. Colors could call themselves a craft brewery if they liked, never mind FW

The position will start on a three-day week, and for the right candidate, will transition to a full time position in the brewhouse within six months. The faster the candidate learns, and demonstrates that they can work on their own, the sooner the position will transition to full time.

• Understanding that cleanliness is next to "beerliness".
• Good record keeping skills.
• HACCP experience.

• Engineering/mechanical skills.
• Creative.

What are the ballpark salaries for brewers and assistant brewers anyway?

irish_goat

Asked a brewer friend there and he quoted €25-30k but depends on hours and overtime policy for festivals etc. Extra €5-10k for a more senior brewer.
