Instant coffee

Anyone ever used this in beer. I will be bottling a stout this week and was thinking of putting a few granules in a couple of bottles

I've never heard of anyone adding instant coffee at bottling time. You might try cold steeping some coffee beans adding the resulting liquor to your bottling bucket. Coffee beers are huge in the US - do some searching on homebrewtalk.com.
