Hi folks

Recently back from a week in Donegal where I discovered in Tesco O'hara's Irish Pale Ale (had to resort to store bought beer as my father and brother had helped me flatten the stock of home brew brought with), any how back on topic:

Has anybody managed to clone this brew, I thought the hop aroma and flavour very good on this one and wouldn't mind trying to replicate.

Thanks in advance.

Cheers

Never tried myself but I know they use Cascade in it. They definitely used to use Amarillo as well but not sure if they still do given the shortages.

Irish Goat, you should get a bottle, I thought it really good. They dry hop it, I was just wondering if anyone knew what hop shedule and hops to use.

Ah I meant I've not had a go at making a clone, I've had my fair share of O'Hara's IPA though.  :P

So you can see why I'm so keen to try and make my own. I will keep looking - determined to add this one to my list
