Welcome to the site.

There are very very few physical outlets for HB supplies. There is a small selection in the Health Food shop in the Pavillions, Swords. Most of us buy online from either Homebrewwest.ie of Thehomebrewcompany.ie

Both offer a fantastic range and usually overnight delivery for only €6

Your nearest group of brewers are the North County Brewers who meet up in Swords at the Old Boro once a month. You will be more than welcome.

Thanks for the replys ,i tryed the online way and it took 10 days for a delivery from homebrew.ie . going to head down to clarehall later today and see what they have .
the smallholding is great raise all our own food this is our frist time trying beer should be fun

was in Tesco Naas today and the homebrew section gone very small, Coopers kits are €20  , think the carb drops are €4.50 plus no grains, hops, spraymalts.

i have to go to the mother in laws in portmarnock to day for dinner so ill pop in to clarehall and have a look about . made to get started and all i need is two airlocks and two kits have the fermenters allready .
we have 77 apple trees in work and i was originally going to make them into cider but no shredder or press has stopped that idea

ok you were right about tesco but in the grip of madness i went and got a coopers pale ale and plastic beer barrel .{ have two fermentors allready }
It got me started with the brew now in the hot press , i have a second fermenter here too so im going to go online shortly and get my second batch.

Beware of the hot press Lar!!! You dont really want your brew getting much over 20C. Ideally around 18~19C would be good. Cooler is better, particularly for something like a pale ale

well my frist brew is going on a week tomorrow ,its stopped bobling so im thinking of moving to my keg tommorrow .

i have no co2 so i have read that if you just add suger it will carbinate it for me is this true
