Looking at this, we would have a problem putting the logo on the paddle because of the holes. We would need a handle were we could put the logo. Would a hurley maker be the people to talk to I wonder. :-/

QuoteI was thinking of adding it to my product range, I have a brother with a lathe and time on his hands.
Yep, remember :) Was going to PM u about some details but there was in interested for that so far...

What if we bought the ss ones and had the logo engraved? Wouldn't look as prominent as the wood though.

Jacob

Will measure at home space available on the paddle so we'll see is that big enough...

Jacob

Quality is fine. It's a well made ss paddle.

Rossa

I've handled those paddles. Fair weight in them.

Jacob

Ok, looks like we have 80x45 mm rectangle.
Should be enough to engrave NHC logo.

Just up the road here in Oilgate Co. Wex, but I'm sure any of them would help out.
He has a shed where he has the hurl sticks (his words not mine) very roughly cut out and left to season. If you look at the grain in my paddle it's not really suitable for a hurl and he was delighted with the fiver I offered for it.

From the bit of reaserch I done Ash is a good timber to use in food grade applications
