shiny's is at least in a fermenter. I'll be starting cathal's either sat or sun which hopefully should be the only one running late

Shane Phelan

I currently don't have a secondary to put it into other than the cider bucket. Also a bit paranoid that I cant really sanitise my siphon correctly without a bucket so I haven't transferred it over yet.

Another gravity reading tonight and she has fallen a bit but nowhere near required, i have to say I'm disappointed in the result and it's not a patch on a dubbel I did 2 months previous to this one which I can only put down to recipe and yeast :(

With a group  brew it's all about
The averages. It'll all
Come good.

Who can step up now as the wheels are falling off the wagon?

Dried is not great for Belgians I have some reasonably fresh 500 and can bring it sat
Or there are a few options in HBC at the mo?
What does everyone else think?

mcgrath

I washed some yeast from last batch and have the ingredients. I might get a chance to brew on Fri but am away then and can't do the fermentation temp steps.

Mines about the same colour, I'm sure it will be fine, just not the full on plum banana dried fruit I am getting from this one I did 2 weeks previously even though it is a little dark for the style.
