The Homebrew Company

Thanks lads. We have split out the whole malt as we are going to increase this range substantially in the coming weeks. We have already added quite a bit. We have even more in stock that have to be built and quite a bit on order. I'll post up separately when it is almost complete. We have added new maltsters to our 25kg rages also both in the crushed and whole. If you think we are missing anything just pop us a mail or post up here. We are also doing the 10kg bags of whole Maris otter now.

Rossa

Stuff like carafa  un-crushed would be good.

DEMPSEY

Special malts uncrushed are good as a lot of people have crushers now to allow them to keep their malts fresh.

Shane,

Any chance you can order in some Brumalt AKA Honey malt? Its produced by Gambrinus as Honey Maly in Canada and I think as Brumalt in Europe but I cant find any.

Gambrinus Honey Malt (20-25°L)
Honey Malt, sometimes known as Brumalt, has an intense malt sweetness free of astringent roast flavors which makes it perfect for any specialty beer.

I've had to substitute it so far but it would be nice to get it.

Melanoidin malt is very similar. Have you given this a go before?
