Just figuring out the photo upload system so it might take like....forever. Getting equipment ...recipe...yeast starter ready , one step at a time. I used 100g lme with 1 litre boiled..colled water. Added wlp002 and bunged it all into ferment fridge.

We all talk to ourselves on here!
@#4 If it tastes ok enter it.
There were some absolute shit beers entered last year that scored 13, but those beers got feedback to allow the brewer to come back and brew good beer, the competition is being run to allow members beers improve year on year.

crs added to liquor and pics of ph before and after. I used to add 5.2 before i knew my water make up and i read that this only made my water mineral content worse. With ph strips at the time i also noticed no difference in ph

pre-heated mashtun with hot liquor via sparge arm help clean and particles i missed and flush to drain. I have temp controller on liquor tank help me get correct temp but most handy thing is i can leave it and no fear of boil over if im gone to long or over shoot target temp

Dr Jacoby

You probably already know this but it's the pH of the mash that's important, not the pH of the strike water. Have you calculated that when the grains and water are mixed the pH will settle at about 5.2/3?
Every little helps
