Pitched an out of date(by one and a half months) vile of yeast...massive underpitching to try and produce more esters...70 hour lag time
Sat on the yeast a little longer than planned, 3 weeks instead of 2

With all the competition talk going on, I think we should come up with some ideas for out own. As the garden county lads are doing I think a single style or theme is a great way to keep everyone on the same page but still give people space to play around. 
I like the idea of a low abv "Summer beer" competition that we could run June/July. Sure we can talk it out and see what people think on Tuesday.

I may may have some excess hops I wont get to use before the group buy gets in so I'll bring along anything I have to spare.
If anyone has any new yeast strain I'd be interested in taking a vial. I will post anything i have to spare in the next few days.

also if anybody has different hop plants or are willing to take cuttings let me know, I got cascade and bramleyX just showing a few leaves but want to get as many types as i can, also let me know if anybody wants either of those (bramly might take a couple months to get cuttings established)
