Electric hand mixer

Just used one of these to aerate today's wort - seemed to work well. Boiled the beaters and cleaned the mixer well with Star San.

Nice and frothy after 1 minute at full speed - had to stop as I didn't want the foam to touch the bottom of the mixer.
