NCB Competition

Just to be clear our ICBINL comp is for Category 6. We discussed this in March when there was a large turnout.

April meet just fixed the date.

The summer beer comp is Rossa's lawnmower comp.

And don't forget the Garden County's Red ale comp.

We need some more medals as that "Liffey Lot" are loosing the run of themselves!

Its a cat 6 competition - judged to cat 6 guidelines.

Remember that there will be one collection of beers for both our NCB comp and CHs' Red ales. So it simplifies the logistics.

Registration opens July 1st for BOTH competitions! SO you can enter either comp or both.

As June is just round the corner I will be starting an interest thread so John and ourselves get some idea of what to expect!

Dats right will...yis will... we have been upping our game too. Some special yeasts, our own hops, gordon strongs advanced brewin book, another 10 allgrains in past three weeks and lots of tastin sessions...oh and our low alccexperiments helping to get good favour from inimal mat

The entry process for both the GCB and the NCB comps will open on the 1st of July
