James

Hello Everyone,

I'm a new arrival here in the Dublin having recently moved from the States where I was a homebrewer for the past 5 years and active within the microbrew industry as a taster and reviewer. You can email me, hit me up here, or ratebeer.com under the handle beerfest5. Happy to be here and excited to join a local club.

Cheers!

James

HI james, get along to your local meet up and enjot the process :) You are also welcome at any other meetups outside of your local which is probably Bray / blackrock direction

James

Thanks Murph, just asked the fellas at the Dark Horse meet up to join

quote garden brewers / blackrock
" - You don't have to have any beer to bring in order to participate! Inexperienced brewers are more than welcome. Even if you're only thinking about brewing your own, come along  our friendly crowd will answer any questions you might have."
Everyone is welcome experienced or not.

Meet coming up soon so get there and enjoy

Hey Shanna, what's going on in blackrock on the 24th? I just joined up today and am from the area. A total novice at the moment, bottling my first brew tomorrow but would be interested in meeting up with more experienced brewers.

DEMPSEY

Just drop in and say hello and banter away about beer and the world. :)

Hi James

Apologies should have said what was on. We hold a once monthly home brew meet. Most people bring along a bottle of their recent brews. We disuss different aspects of the beer recipe e.g. hops, grain. People also stay on and have a few beers after the tasting. New brewers are always welcome with or without beer. People are happy to answer questions on hops, kit, extract or all grain brewing. Check out the south dublin brewers section of the forum. You wiml find a thread for the forth coming meet. Sign up to the list if your going to come along. Any other questions please feel free to ask.
