Kitchen tap aerator supplier?

I broke the plastic piece at the end of the kitchen faucet connecting my chiller. An internet search seams to point to them being called aerators. Problem is there is an annoying drip now every time I turn off the tap. I've checked B&Q and Woodies but they only sell complete taps. Anyone know where I could source a replacement? I measured the thread inside and it has diameter of 23mm so I'm guessing m24.
