The ASA has banned that sale Ad, because the actual price after booking fees is closer to 15 euros.

I think they're waiting for it to be actually banned, like it is for airlines. Here's a bit from IR's Facebook.

Hi David Slevin. The ASAI complaint you are referring to is in relation to the last campaign around Christmas - New Year. That campaign did not mention terms and conditions in the ad but on the website. Once it was brought to our attention the ad was edited on the last week or so of that campaign.

This current promotion says "Fees, terms and conditions apply" which has been accepted by the ASAI.

ahhh ok, fair enough.
