So I've read both sides on here and I've decided to go for gas based brewing.

I've got myself a 33L cooler that I'm going to build a manifold for and mash in. So thats sorted.

For boiling I'm looking at this Large Square Gas Boiling Ring. I've seen some people on here are using them and they work well. What else do I need interms of tubing for it and a regulator?

I'm going to go for Brupaks SS Boiling Pan 32 Litres thats available on HBW as my kettle.

I've seen immersion chillers on eBay not much more expensive than I can make one so I'll grab one of them too.

How does that look to people? Have I missed anything I need? I have a couple of FVs and a bottling bucket I was using for kits as well as hydromoters and a thermometer. Actually whats a good thermometer for the mash and the kettle? I just have a standard glass one at the moment.
