False bottom arrived from maltmiller.  The lip on the bottom raises it so hopefully should be good for a even drain

It nearly didn't fit!!  Good job I had a mallet handy for a bit of persuasion.

Here is my adjustable return/whirl pool arm.  I am not sure about how to make the perfect whirlpool, I know people set there return to different levels in the wort to achieve a better whirlpool.  I dont even if my pump is powerful enough to get a good one started, but its definitely twirling around.  Something to toy with. 

At least it will circulate through my 11litre pot filled with ice to chill.   Also is angel homebrews hop filter which I am pleased with.

I see you've bought some stuff from the states. Does the American sittings work with irish ones? Could I screw an irish hose barb into a US ball valve?
