Advise on these kits please

Hi I am looking to start extract and I'm looking for advice on a kit I have been looking at these has anyone got any experience with any of them? Would the thermostat controlled be the best?

Whilst the temperature control may be handy for holding temp I'm not sure it is worth what they charge extra for it..  In my noob opinion..

Is it extract brewing or all grain you want to get into? And what equipment do you have at the moment? Ha ha yeah definitely over 13!! Not a lot really just a basic kit for kit making. I like the idea of boil in a bag and I could do with a second fv and the other bits would always be used I think. I would really like to get a nice oatmeal stout on so it's ready for Christmas is it possible to add oatmeal to an allgrain kit and use the BIAB method?

Would anyone recommend going for the Peco Boiler with thermostat instead of the basic model for keeping mash temp constant?

@DCLavs  It's handy, but not strictly necessary. Get your liquor up to strike temperature, mash in, then cover the mash tun with a duvet, sleeping bag or thick coats. I only lost 1 degree over a 75 minute mash yesterday using this method. Also, if you go with the thermostat version, you need to stir the mash to stop burning against the element when it switches on, unless you're doing BIAB with the bag raised above the element somehow.
