Roasting ? Very Fancy - I pureed mine - about 200g into the mash.

Yep. Roast for about 45 mins at 180. If I have some honey handy I'll give it a drizzle and roast a second time. If no honey brown sugar will do. Prob going to use about 1.5 - 1 kg in the mash depending on the final recipe.
