Coopers Heritage Lager - Question

Ah, that maybe the problem with my peters ruby red tasted it last night after nearly 4 weeks in the bottle. Tasted lovely but wasnt very carbonated. Only kept it warm for maybe 5 or 6 days before putting it in unheated room.

If I warm them up for another week should that kick off fermentation again or will the yeast have died?
