That would be a great name for a dry stout  :P

Call it 'NØ KY' - pronounced 'Nuh K Y' as in NØGNE Ø clone.
Now you have an imperial stout.

I finally have the grain in Galway.
I'll be in the Cottage bar in salthill morro eve at half seven, assuming the beer judge course is still on.
I'll bring the malt with me.

Hi Guys,
The judging course was cancelled yesterday after I posted ye. 
Hopefully it'll be on next tuesday.
I just got your mobiles from an old email from John in cork.

We'll get there yet!
